Our reception staff will make you welcome when you visit our office. It is also our policy that telephone calls are answered and messages taken whenever possible by a human being rather than a machine.
If you feel you are receiving poor service at any time please raise this as soon as possible with the person dealing with your case or, if you feel more comfortable talking to them, with our reception staff.
